GeoStar stands behind the quality of its product, offering a standard 2-year internal parts and accessories warranty with labor allowance, and a 5-year refrigerant component parts and labor allowance. Additionally, flexible ‘buy up’ options for 5- and 10-year parts and labor allowance warranties are available, depending on model.

Lead Times

GeoStar also has amazing lead times — your equipment will ship from the factory three business days after the order is placed. And that's if we don't already have the exact unit you need in stock. We know you're busy and in some cases, your customers need a solution quickly.
